Plaza Business Centers are operated by The Office Annex, Inc., which has been offering
executive offices and office services for over 20 years under the leadership of Cathy Meyer.  

Plaza Suites Downtown began in 1989 on the 9th floor of what is now the Plaza Tower and
Courtyard Shops.  In 2004, Plaza Suites expanded to the 5th floor, and in 2005, expanded again
to the 3rd floor.  Currently, Plaza Suites Downtown offers over 120 offices and seven conference
rooms, all located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.  

Plaza Suites at Gateway is Plaza Business Centers' newest location. Opened in June 2007,
Plaza Suites at Gateway has over 50 offices and three conference rooms, located on the
second floor of the Paychex building in the Gateway area of north St. Petersburg.  This location,
at the intersection of Gandy Boulevard and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Street North, is convenient
to locations throughout Tampa Bay, including Clearwater, Tampa, the Tampa International
Airport, and St. Petersburg.
